Frequently Asked Questions
At Pureformance Pilates, our mission began with a deep passion for creating a welcoming and empowering space for women to connect with their bodies through Pilates. As a new business in London, we are committed to personal attention, quality, and integrity in every session. Our approach ensures that every detail reflects our dedication to your well-being and growth.
I have never done pilates before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our classes are aimed towards beginners and there is no minimum level of knowledge required to participate. Just follow along as best as you can and I will be there to guide you!
What if I am running late to class?
We understand that some things are out of our control which is why we offer a five minute grace period. Unfortunately, after that, we will shut our doors to avoid disturbance and to ensure the safety of our students.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless the cancellation comes from our end.
Is it actually Hijabi friendly?
As a Hijabi myself, my mission was to create a space where women can train in a fully private space without hijab. That is why every class is strictly women only and measures are in place to ensure classes are Hijabi friendly.
How do I book a class?
You can easily book your next class through our website's "Book A Class" page. Simply select your desired session and follow the prompts to complete your booking. It's quick and simple!
What should I wear to a Pilates class?
We recommend comfortable, breathable athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. For safety and hygiene, socks are required for reformer Pilates classes. If you're a Hijabi, feel free to wear what makes you comfortable without your hijab!
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a small towel if you like. All equipment needed for the class will be provided by the studio.
What type of Pilates do you offer?
We focus on contemporary Pilates, offering a mix of mat and reformer classes designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Check our "Our Classes" page for more details on specific class types!
